On the booking form (which will be sent to you by our operators) the following must be clearly specified: Period for which you intend to book . Number of people per accommodation and per equipment. Type of accommodation (bungalow, chalet, cottage, mobile home) or space required . Number of accommodation or spaces that you intend to book. Type of treatment required (only accommodation, B&B, half or full board). Possible beach service. Personal details of all people (including babies and older children) who will be staying at our Campsite. It is compulsory to completely fill in the authorisation form for the credit cards. IN ORDER FOR YOUR BOOKING TO BE ACCEPTED IT IS NECESSARY FOR ALL DATA TO BE COMPLETE

VILLAGE : The bookings regarding Bungalows / Chalets / Mobile Homes / Cottages will be considered effective only in the case that within 10 days from the date of our confirmation of the availability of the accommodation required we receive a confirming deposit payment equal to 1/3 of the entire cost of the stay + € 20.00 for administration fees (not reimbursable). All bookings must be guaranteed by means of the clients’ credit card and a written authorisation regarding the use of such card must be supplied. Otherwise, the booking cannot be guaranteed. The Management reserve the right to check the validity of the credit card in question prior to the clients’ arrival by requesting the authorisation of the relative credit circuit. Should the card given as a guarantee not be valid, or the pre-authorised debit should not be successful, the booking shall be automatically cancelled. The credit card details are requested as a guarantee in the case in which the client does not come to the camping village (no-show) or in case the client anticipates his/her departure or in case the client cancels the booking by using methods different from those established in out Terms of Cancellation.

BALANCE PAYMENTS:the balance payment of the holiday as well as for all extras must be carried out upon arrival (by credit card or in cash), according to what is established by means of Articles 1322 and 1342 of the Civil Law Code relating to the contract.

CAMPING. As regards bookings for camping spaces during the month of AUGUST, a confirming deposit payment of € 230.00 + € 20,00 for administration fees (not reimbursable) are required. In JUNE-JULY-SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER a confirming deposit payment of € 130.00 + € 20,00 for administration fees (not reimbursable) are required. Bookings are accepted on the campsite premises only for minimum stays of 8 days / 7 nights.

The payment can be carried out in the following ways:

• By postal money order made payable to Campeggio Villaggio Torre del Porticciolo, Casella Postale n° 83, Cap. 07041 Alghero (SS)

• By Bank transfer . Details of the bank current account will be given by the booking office

• By Visa- Mastercard –Cartasi credit cards.

N.B. Always indicate the reason for payment or the booking number in the sender’s communication details. Please send the fully completed booking form (via fax or e-mail) together with the deposit payment .

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS .

• BOOKING CANCELLATIONS. Booking cancellations are only accepted via e-mail (info@torredelporticciolo.it) or via fax sent to : (+39) 079 919212. Booking cancellations are not accepted via telephone. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS MADE BY 01/05 : the booking cancelled by 1st May shall cause the client to lose 50% of the amount paid. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 01/05 : After 1st May, the client shall lose the total deposit paid.

• NO-SHOW - ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE. In case of No show or the anticipated departure of the client, then the cost of the entire stay shall be charged to such client. The guest who cancels the holiday period that has already started is obliged to pay the entire sum of the holiday booked

Camping places and accommodation are held for the customer for no more than three days after the expected date of arrival.

Whoever signs or accepts the contractual booking regulations shall be committed to scrupulously obeying such rules in force within the campsite itself

Beach services: By booking the beach service together with the accommodation, the client will benefit from a 10% discount on the cost of such service. Given prior availability, the beach service may be also booked onsite, without any reduction in price whatsoever. The period of use of the service cannot be less than that booked for the stay. The Beach Pass can be obtained upon arrival at the Campsite reception from 10.00 a.m. of the day of arrival. The beach service must be paid in full upon reception of the Pass. Cancellations: In case of termination/cancellation of the beach service, the total sum paid shall be withheld. Reimbursements for the impossibility to use the service due to bad weather are not foreseen. Included in the price: 1 parasol + 2 sunbeds. These conditions are an integral part of the stay contract and they are to be explicitly accepted upon the signing of the booking and/or registration form.
