Cottage, all amenities possible

The Cottages are made up of a small entrance, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The rooms have been furnished with style and offer all mod cons. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, wc, bidet, air conditioning (EXTRA SERVICES ON PAYMENT) , refrigerator, Tv-SAT.
They are normally furnished with two single beds which may be united to form a double. Pillows and bed linen are provided.
Pillows and bed linen are provided. The weekly change of linen is on Saturdays. Towels and bath linen are not provided.
A parking place for a car or motorbike is included free of charge. Water and electricity are included in the price.  Dogs are not allowed.

HANDOVER OF COTTAGE

• Arrival: 5.30 - 8.00 p.m.
• Departure: 10:00 a.m. Should departure take place after 10.00 a.m., the entire day will be charged to the customer.

OBLIGATORY SERVICES (BY PAYMENT):

Obligatory rent of a cot (children up to the age of 4) € 5.00 per day. Cot linen excluded.
Obligatory end of stay cleaning (excluding the cooking area) costs € 30.00
Club Card to be paid in the period from 15.06 up to 15.09.2010

• € 10.00 total per person for stays of more than one week. 
• € 1.00 per person per day for stays of one week or less.
• Free for children up to the age of three

The Club Card includes entry to the two swimming pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, day and evening animation, the mini club (from 15.06 to 15.09.), the use of the tennis court, ping pong, aqua gym, dances, sports tournaments (from 15.06 to 15.09.).

SERVICES ON REQUEST (BY PAYMENT):

• * Carta Clima (Climate card): € 30.00 for 10 hours operation
