Terms of cancellation
Prepaid non-refundable rate that allows you to change the dates of your stay free of charge, for one time only, no later than 14 days before arrival. In the event of a change of dates, the new visit shall be no later than 15.10.2024 (closing date for the facility). The change of dates must be based on real-time availability, rates and restrictions; the new stay must be of the same or higher amount than the one booked (if higher, the excess must be paid).
