We can offer special rates and – for this operator only – we can even deal with the purchasing of the tickets, making the whole process entirely hassle-free for you.

Booking method 
To book a ferry, please request a full quote from our office.
For those who book the "stay + ship" package at the same time, at the moment of the booking confirmation, the immediate balance of the ship ticket is required, including 50.00 euro for ticket issuing expenses + advance payment of the deposit of the stay, in a variable percentage according to the rate plan communicated by our operators.
For those who intend to purchase the ship's ticket separately from their stay and at a later date, and for anyone who requests any changes to a ticket that has already been issued, in addition to the shipping company's fees, a payment of 50.00 euro is required for ticket issuing expenses.
To proceed with the issuing of the ferry ticket, you are asked to provide our staff with the following information:
- name of the ferry operator with which you intend to travel, as well as the dates and times of the routes;
- first name and surname of the passengers, their date and place of birth, citizenship and identity document (passport) number;
- telephone number of the holder of the ferry ticket;
- registration number, typology and precise dimensions of the vehicle;

Payment method for ferry
Immediate payment for the trip at the moment of booking accommodation. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the travel agency, including the cost of issuing the ship ticket.
The ticket will only be purchased and then sent by e-mail after the customer has sent us a copy of the payment receipt in favour of the travel agency, together with the down payment for the accommodation. The fare offered cannot be blocked, but only purchased. Therefore, any price variations occurring between the confirmation of our quote and the payment by bank transfer, will be borne by the customer, as the pricing policies are subject to discretionary choices of shipping companies.

Ferry booking: changes and cancellations
The conditions for changing the ferry booking (including changes to the names of the passengers, destination and travel date) and for reimbursements following cancellations are defined by the ferry operators. As an intermediary, we have no influence over the terms and conditions. The promotional rates offered are non-refundable and non-changeable. Prices do not include insurance costs.
Following the issuance of your ticket, any changes to your journey will cost €50.00 per change requested.
Please pay attention to the data provided during confirmation. Any errors made during the issuance of the ticket, due to incorrect/incomplete communication by the customer, will not be considered valid grounds for requests for refund/changes free of charge.
