“Ferry + Holiday Village” deals and “Sardinia with ferry included”

Many travellers search for complete packages such as “ferry + holiday village included”, “Sardinia with ferry included” or “ferry + hotel in Sardinia”. On request, we can build stay + return ferry packages that include holiday village accommodation and ferry, often with car included, so you can simplify planning and see your total holiday cost clearly.

The advantage of a “ferry included” formula is convenience: one quote for your Sardinia holiday, with the most suitable travel option based on season and ferry availability.

Ferry companies and main ports/routes

We can arrange tickets and quotes with major ferry operators serving Sardinia: Grimaldi Lines, Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV), Sardinia/Corsica Ferries, Moby and Tirrenia.

Departures may include Genoa, Livorno, Piombino, Civitavecchia, Barcelona and Toulon, with arrivals in Sardinia at Porto Torres, Olbia and Golfo Aranci.

Here are a few indicative examples (prices “from”, varying by period and availability) for a holiday village stay + return ferry package with car included:

  • 5 nights in the village + return ferry with car category A1 for 2 adults (armchairs): from € 438.00
  • 5 nights in the village + return ferry with car category A1 for 2 adults + 1 child under 12 (inside triple cabin): from € 644.00
  • 5 nights in the village + return ferry with car category A1 for 2 adults + 2 children under 12 (inside quadruple cabin): from € 760.00

Unless otherwise stated, the examples refer to the Genoa – Porto Torres – Genoa route; insurance costs excluded.

Information needed for the quote (to avoid ticket errors)

To prepare an accurate quote and issue the ferry ticket, please send the following details in writing:

  • Outbound and return dates, preferred departure port and time flexibility (day/night).
  • Passengers (adults/children) and on-board accommodation (deck/armchair/cabin).
  • Passenger details: first and last name, date and place of birth, citizenship and ID document number. Driving licence and health card are not accepted as valid ID by ferry companies.
  • Vehicle details: licence plate, model and exact dimensions (height/length/width) and fuel type (diesel/petrol/electric).
  • Phone number and address of the ticket holder.

Payments, issuance and service fees

For guests booking the “stay + ferry” package, at confirmation we require immediate payment of the ferry ticket balance (including € 50.00 as ticket issuance fee) plus the accommodation deposit (percentage varies by the selected rate plan).

For guests purchasing ferry tickets separately from the stay (or requesting changes to an already issued ticket), in addition to the operator’s fees, a € 50.00 ticket issuance fee applies.

Ferry travel payment is made via bank transfer to the travel agency. Tickets are purchased and sent by email only after we receive proof of payment and the accommodation deposit.

The fare offered cannot be held as an option: it can only be purchased. Any price changes between quote confirmation and payment are the guest’s responsibility, as ferry pricing is determined by the operators.

Changes and cancellations

Changes/cancellations and refunds are governed by the relevant ferry companies. Promotional fares are often non-refundable and non-changeable.

If, after ticket issuance, you request a change through our offices, the cost is € 50.00 per requested change. Please check all details carefully: errors due to incomplete or incorrect information are not valid grounds for free changes or refunds.
