Bungalows

Our bungalows are surrounded by greenery and yet are no more than 50 metres from the path down to the sea.

Description

The bungalows are actually small, independent villas made up of:

• one double bedroom
• one bedroom with bunk bed
• living area with kitchen corner
• bathroom with toilet, bidet and hot shower
• a veranda at the front

The Bungalows are equipped with an insulation system capable of guaranteeing top-quality insulation.
Accommodation powered by solar energy (up to 200 litres of hot water). The system is able to provide sufficient hot water for the bathroom (sink and shower).

For next summer some accommodations have been completely renovated in the fixtures so you can choose between BASIC and SUPERIOR BUNGALOWS, which are equipped with new doors and windows with mosquito nets in the living room, bathroom and bedrooms,  and modernized floors.

Small to medium-sized pets are permitted for a fee. Their presence must be indicated in the booking.

Costs included
First supply of bed linen and towels (additional linen changes for a fee at a cost of euro 18.00 per person per item per change); blankets and pillows; a car or motorbike parking space (each additional parking space with a surcharge), electricity, hot and cold water consumption, guest reception service with concierge open 24 hours a day, external security service. Wi-Fi Internet available in common areas.

Notes For Customers
The daily rearrangement of the accommodation is not included in the price. Final cleaning costs included.
The kitchenette should be left clean by the customer, otherwise a penalty charge of euro 50.00 will be applied.
The coffee maker is not provided. Please take a look at the specific list of equipment of the booked accommodation, downloadable on our website.
Only in Bungalow Superior, for children aged 0–2, cot hire is mandatory, with a maximum of one cot per accommodation. The child must always be included in the availability search and in the booking. If the child is not included in the booking, the mandatory cot hire fee of euro 10.00 per day must be paid on site.
Cot not permitted in Bungalow Basic. Guests admitted from 3 years old.

Small - medium sized pets are admitted for a fee. For those who book this accommodation and travel with an animal, it is mandatory to pay among the supplements, the extra cost per pet and for the mandatory final cleaning 50.00 EUR to stay.

Costs included

Free access to Two swimming pools with sun loungers, one for adults and one for children; two Jacuzzi pools; children’s playground; tennis court (guests must bring their own equipment); table tennis.
Sports activities, Mini Club and evening musical entertainment are available in July and August according to the following schedule:
Fitness activities: guaranteed at least 3 times per week.
Trekking: one free guided hike per week to explore the Natural Park with our certified hiking guide.
Mini Club: available for children aged 3 and over, guaranteed at least 6 times per week. Times are yet to be confirmed; a minimum of 2 hours of activities per day is guaranteed.
Musical evenings: guaranteed at least 5 times per week.

Services available upon payment of fees
Extra-weekly bed/bathroom linen change.
These accommodation units are equipped with working air conditioning that uses a modern card system. Use of the system is optional and a supplementary charge of euro 40.00 per 24 (non-continuous) hours of usage applies. The service can be purchased during booking or directly at the resort and is not refundable.
Subject to availability and upon request, guests may ask for separate beds, preparation of the sofa bed (if available in the accommodation), or preparation of a bed in a second bedroom. Where the request can be accommodated, an additional fee of euro 18.00 per change applies. Requests to separate beds cannot be made upon arrival.
À la carte dining or half-board/full-board packages are available.
Extra apartment cleaning is available at a cost of euro 70.00 per service.
Beach service can be purchased either at the time of booking or directly on-site. The service is available from July onwards.
Guests who reserve the beach service at the same time as their accommodation will receive a 10% discount on the service fee. The period of use of the beach service cannot be shorter than the period booked for the stay.

Not provided: coffee maker, ashtray and anything else not included in the list supplied upon arrival. Smoking is prohibited within the accommodation.
