Bungalows

Our bungalows are surrounded by greenery and yet are no more than 50 metres from the path down to the sea.

Description

The bungalows are actually small, independent villas made up of one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk bed, living area with kitchen corner, bathroom with toilet, bidet and hot shower, and a veranda at the front.

The Bungalows are equipped with an insulation system capable of guaranteeing top-quality insulation. 

Accommodation powered by solar energy (up to 200 litres of hot water). The system is able to provide sufficient hot water for the bathroom (sink and shower). 

For next summer some accommodations have been completely renovated in the fixtures so you can choose between BASIC and SUPERIOR BUNGALOWS, which are equipped with new doors and windows with mosquito nets in the living room, bathroom and bedrooms and modernized floors.

Small - medium sized pets are admitted for a fee. For those who book this accommodation and travel with an animal, it is mandatory to pay among the supplements, the extra cost per pet and for the mandatory final cleaning 50.00 EUR to stay.

Costs included
First supply of bed linen and towels (additional linen changes for a fee at a cost of euro 15.00 per person per item per change); standard equipment of kitchen utensils; blankets and pillows; a car or motorbike parking space (each additional parking space with a surcharge), gas, electricity, hot and cold water consumption, guest reception service with concierge open 24 hours a day, external security service.

Free access to
Two swimming pools with sun loungers, one for adults and one for children, two Jacuzzis, a children's play area, tennis court (with own equipment), ping pong table.
- Sports activity - Mini Club and Evening Musical Entertainment available as per the following indications:
- Fitness service active from July and August with minimum frequency guaranteed 3 times a week.
- Trekking free weekly excursion in July and August to discover the Natural Park, with our certified hiking guide.
- Mini Club service (from 3 years old) from 22.06 to 6.09 from Monday to Saturday (Variable weekly frequency based on seasonality).
- Musical evenings from 22.06 to 6.09 with guaranteed minimum frequency 3 times a week in June and September and 6 times a week in July and August.

Please Note
The daily rearrangement of the accommodation is not included in the price. 
The kitchenette should be left clean by the customer, otherwise a penalty charge of euro 50.00 will be applied.

Services available upon payment of fees
Extra-weekly bed/bathroom linen change: € 15 per person per each set hired. Wi-Fi Internet available in common use. Excursions. Car hire service on site. Catering service. Extra apartment cleaning service: € 70.00. Beach service *. By booking the beach service together with the accommodation, the client will benefit from a 10% discount on the cost of such service. Given prior availability, the beach service may be also booked onsite, without any reduction in price whatsoever.
